Shipping All items are shipped within three days of receiving payment. All customs forms will be completely and accurately filled out as required by postal regulations. If a payment processor should make an error and process your order without shipping costs, or with grossly miscalculated shipping costs, we reserve the right to contact you for the additional shipping costs or cancel the sale. Product Quality All of our parts are tested before taking them off the sled so we know they are working. We sell no parts we could not test unless we mark them as such. If the part you bought does not work please check the rest of your sled. Quality Packaging We package your purchase carefully. Items are protected and shrinkwrapped so that you receive the item in the same condition it was in when it left our warehouse. Returns If it is our mistake we pay. - If we ship a part different than than you ordered we will make it right.
- If we do make a mistake we will take a return for up to 7 days after proof you have received it.
- Please contact us immediately if you get the wrong part for an RMA number. We will not accept returns without the appropriate RMA number on the box.
- There are no returns on electrical parts.
If you make a mistake you pay. - It is up to you to make sure the items you purchase fit your application. We are not a dealer and cannot help you there.
- Buyers remorse is not a mistake on our part. If you purchased an item in error, please contact us for an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted with out an RMA number on the box. All return requests must be made within 3 days of your receipt of the item to be eligible for a partial refund. You are responsible for return shipping and handling costs and the item must be received in the same condition it was in when it was shipped to you. The cost of the item will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns on electrical parts. The original shipping amount you paid to us will not be refunded.
