121 by 15 suspension. One idler is out of shape. It is pictured. Wheels turn good and look good. All is straight.
Comes as pictured. No mounting hardware.

This part has been removed from a very nice 2006 Yamaha Nytro ER sled with under 2000 miles on it. Sled was being ridden at time of part out and had no issues. If unsure of fitment of the part you are looking to purchase please ask your dealer to help you.
